I am doing great.  I have now lost 34# and 25 inches.  I am going to have a fill on Wednesday.  I am exercising 2-3 times a week at curves.  I am feeling so much better.  i am now able to wear size 18 (down from a snug 22). 

I am doing well.  I'm kind of tired of the full liquids, but I will get to advance to pureed in another week.  I'm not nauseated and fell pretty good.  I weighed myself today 212#  At. surgery my weight was 220# and the week before that I weighed 226#.

Well everything went well with the surgery, still a little sore but not too bad.  I got a rash on my stomach from the skin prep stuff.  It sure itches a bunch, but otherwise everything is going well.  The food plan is not hard to follow either, actually I have trouble eating everything.  I am only eating until I feel full and don't generally finish the portion of food. 

Well i will be seeing my surgeon on Tuesday Feb. 11 to go over the preop stuff and I will be getting my lap band on Tuesday Feb. 17.  I'm really excited and can't wait to get it done and start with my weight loss, I don't care if it comes off slowly just as long as it comes off!  I didn't put this weight on overnight and I'm not going to lose it overnight! 
Oh well I need to get back to work and will write more frequently after I get my band. 

I am starting a journey in my life.  I have been overweight for the past 10 years.  It has gotten worse over the past 5 years.  I am miserable, lack energy and motivation.  I have tried many different diets only to yo-yo with the weight loss and then the increase in the gains.  What I need is the want power, I think the lap band will be a great motivator.  I am going to have surgery on Feb. 17, 2008!@  I can hardly wait!  I am looking forward to the change and the lifelong commit of the lapband.  My husband will be having the surgery too, probably in late March of this year too.
