"Well i actually just met Dr. Cooper yesterday. He wasn't exactly what I was expecting, even though I had read what others thought of him on here. He was slightly older than I expected, and a little nicer haha. My mom went in with me, and he even kind of joked with her asking her if she was my sister :) that really went over well with her! The office staff has been nice so far, although I haven't really delt with them very much yet. Future patients should probably go in knowing that at first he is very direct and to the point, but after a while he softens. He is very strict on what has to be done before, during and after surgery. And this was just my first visit! So be prepared for that too. He definately mentioned all the risks of surgery, but he also made it clear the actual percentage rate of how often it happens, which made me feel better. Over all on a scale of 1-10 I would rate him a solid 8. He seems very competent in surgical competence AND bedside manner."
