Am I on my way ?

OK. So this is my first post. So, I should say a little background, right ?? Well, I am a nurse from Southwest Ohio. I am a proud mom of 3 beautiful babies.. A 3 year old son and a almost 2 year old twin girls. So, I have ben busy.. Why so many so close... Well, infertility treatments of course!!! Why infertility? Well, I think I may now know..
I have a great husband and very supportive. He has gone over all pros and cons and is, as I am, very excited and very nervous!
I have been working since August to get everything together.. nutrition consult, info session, psych consult, 3 mos of PCP dietary follow (which I lost nothing!), a change in insurance in the middle and now the final paperwork.. I wrote my letter and such.. I am waiting for the final word that my information is being sent to my insurance today or tomorrow (I hope!) By the way.. Anyone know anything about Humana HMO ??
So, my main concern is that altough I have asthma, arthritis, pain in my joints, GERD and infertility.. is that enough.. I am not in horrible health -YET! I know I am headed there. I have been on every known diet.. Jenny Craig, Weight watchers, Xenical, Doctor watched, Over the counter medications, exericise, low calorie.. I have lost weight.. sure... but gained it all bak. Now what !!! I reallllly want this.. I am so nervous about sending this to insurance. I really don't want to be rejected. I want this to go through so badly. Ugh!
I would love to hear some others experiences w/ Humana HMO.. I am so nervous about failure. Anyone else w/ this fear? Is this normal? I have tried so many things. If this would fail in 5 or 10 years.. Does that mean I am a total failure?? I mean holy moly. I know it is a tool. I have so many things already set up.. Fitness trainer... Looking at dietary stuff. I am really getting ready.
