We all care about you!! COngratulations on the loss.. You will have episodes of dumping & eating to much. THis is a learning process for us, I am 13 months post op & still battle with food. SOmetimes I can eat something & I am fine, other times I throw up or dump!! Good Luck to you, you can do it!!

I am exactly four weeks post-op today and I have lost a grand total of 34 lbs. I have good days and I have bad days right now. I really expected the first two weeks to have lost this much, but there is no diet that I have ever lost this much this fast on. I feel good, just tired. I thank God everyday that I came through the surgery and look forward to seeing less of myself.

Hi all, I am now two weeks post-op as of tomorrow, Jan. 30, 2003. I am doing well. I did not realized the head hunger I would be having. I do seem to get depressed a little and feel left out at dinner time around the house, but I know this will all get better with time. Thank you for all your prayers. I am doing great, feeling stronger everyday. Learning what I can have and cannot have, that is hard. My incisions are almost completely healed on the outside and I am walking everyday. I hope to see a new me on the way real soon. Thanks again, Christy.
