Hi all, I went for my post op visit today with Dr. Scarborough. I got the rest of my staples out and my incision feels better already. I am estatic because I have lost 30 lbs since my Lap RNY on 10/13/03. WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! 292 down to 262. I was surprised because I really didn't think that I'd lost that much. Today is the first day that I have weighted since surgery. I'll take it...LOL

Hello everyone! Chris has been sweet enough to allow me to be her angel and update her surgery page to let you know how she is doing. I spoke with her sister, also Kathy, yesterday and she said she made it through her surgery fine. They were keeping her in ICU overnight and she will be home in a few days! Thanks to all of you for your support and prayers for her, as I know she really appreciates them! If I hear anymore news, I will be sure to let you know! Thanks for your time!

Your big day is around the corner. I pray that your surgery is uneventful and your recovery is speedy. I also hope that you utilize all that you have learned pre op about WLS to ensure that you will be a success.<br><p>- No one is perfect all of the time, but if you are armed with your research and determination, your tool will work out the rest along with support, motivation, and follow through you will succeed and reach all goals. Christine, I am so sorry about your husband's heart attack and hospitalization. I will keep you and he in my prayers. May God's presence be felt by both of you during this difficult time.
