I have been married 31 years my wife and I are both 57, She has had weight issues all her life .But after two children the weight really came on. We have been investigating WLS for a couple of years. After counseling with our spiritual advisor we have decided to persue WLS a RNY is the best choice for my wife. She is not into the internet, and is on a computer all day at work . So I am doing the research for my own peace of mind . My wife and I have over 29 years in recovery programs and feel that we have the mental and spirtual tools to really make this work.
We communicate well and regard each other as our best friends. I am excited for the prospect of the great adventure ahead for my wife and I.
