Jasmine and I are going to run together tomorrow. LOL I'm a bit nervous, she may be bored, cause I am so slow. LOL She's funny tho, cause she said that she's not sure she can run 3 miles.
I know that she can... She's young and fit!! Unlike her Old (38) momma.. LOL

5K on Sunday

On Saturday I drove over to Kissimmee and stayed the evening. It was nice to relax and spend some alone time...
THEN on Sunday morning, I went over to Celebration and ran in a 5K. My time was 37 minutes... Not too bad.
I was able to run most of it, but did have to walk a little.
Back From the cruise

I am please to announce that I did not gain any weight... not even a pound, I didn't lose any either... lol
I behaved and ate the way that I normally do.
The ship was wonderful, the Bahama's was a bit of a disappointment tho... We only had a few hours on the island, because of bad weather.
I will be going on another cruise! I can't wait, thinking about taking the kids next time.

This is a first cruise for all of us. I am so excited! I'll add pics when I get back and life returns to normal.

Here it is October 30th, 2006, I am 4.5 months from being two years out... I have lost a total so far of 148 lbs. I have never felt better in my life or about myself... I liked myself before... but OMGosh...
I'm going to the gym 3 days a week, working out with a Personal Trainer.
I found out on Friday that I have been approved for a Tummy Tuck and my surgery date is: December 4th, 2006. I'm pretty excited and also scared to death...
