Greetings from cloudy Florida! Congratulations Brenda! Welcome to the other side. I had surgery on 9/20/02 and it is the best decision I've made. I've lost a total of 67 lbs and I am excited. I pray that you have even better results! I pray that God continue to give you strength and that the pain be minimal! Again Congrats!

I have an update on Brenda. :) She had her surgery today and she is doing wonderfully. There were no complications and when I saw her in the recovery room, an hour and half after her surgery, she was already talking about getting up and walking around soon! She said that she was in pain, but that it wasn't unbearable and she was just so happy to be "on the other side". One of the first things she said was "I'm on the other side", with a big smile. She seemed very calm and happy and I know that she's going to have a fast recovery. :) Thank you all for your warm wishes and continued support. She is such a sweet person, and I know that she appreciates it. Take care and God bless, Wendy

Brenda- Hiya ) I just read over your personal comments and you had me smiling and laughing. :) Your list of things you're going to miss is so funny! Today is your big day, and you're going to do great! I am so happy and excited for you, and I know that things are going to go really well. By this time tomorrow you'll have a new little tummy and the weight loss will be already beginning. You're going to be happy and healthy once you shed the pounds and you will be so proud of yourself.
