Christene: I wish you the best of luck, Dr.L is great both before and after. I am a little over 8 months post and I have lost 221Lbs and am still going. I am engaged and am getting married in Oct of this year, Life is good and the health benifits are astronomical. You will be fine put your faith in God and Dr.L and you will not go wrong.
