Hi...
This is my first time in a forum, hope I am doing it right. I had my surgery (Lap RNY) with Dr. James Ku at the Reading Hospital, PA. He is an amazing surgeon. I didn't feel any kind of pain, whatsoever.
I can tell that I have been losing weight but they asked us to not weigh ourselves until our first pre-op visit. Mine is next week. Wish me luck.
I am having a lot of trouble with what I can eat. I am not being able to tolerate diary products, they make me gag and feel sick all day. I am also having a hard time taking my vitamins and protein shakes for the same reason.
If any of you have suggestions, please let me know. I will be updating my photos soon, so you can put a face to my name.
