My name is Crystal Munn and I was born 11-26-89. I have always been over weight, and I have been made fun of because of it. All through grade school and middle school. It got to the point where i was going to be mean to people before they were mean to me. About two years ago I started researching weight loss surgery. Last july I contacted a surgon in my area and he told me that I had to come to a siminar before I could be considered for surgery. About two weeks after the siminar my doctors nurse sent off a letter to my insurance company. I think it was about three weeks later that I got the approval. My surgery was on 10-30-06
