the long road

i am 4 years and 3 months out of surgery. i have lost almost 300 pouns and i am maintaining although sometimes my committment wanes. i must go back to my support group led by Gina in Collingswood, New Jersey, an inspiration, straight talker and all around good person. the road is long and not always smooth. never give up, never let your guard down. we have all come too far.
