"8-9-02 Today I met with Dr. Quinlan for my initial evaluation for my surgery. My first impression was all good. He is soft spoken and answered all my questions. His office staff appeared efficient and the wait was short.I am scheduled for a return visit in a few weeks and will get into alot more detail with him then. I'll add to this post at that time."
