Thoughts on My Bariatric Center

I've been to my Bariatric Center twice now. Once for the initial Educational Seminar. Then today 7/19/2007 for my appt. with the Medical Director for my physical. He said I was a good canidate for the surgery. Yea!
Tonight, I went back for my first Bariatric's Buddy meeting. It was not what I thought it would be. I thought it would be. I thought it would be just patients sharing their personal stories. Instead the Center's Exercise Physiologist talked for an hour. It was very informative. I was really impressed.
I really like Memorial Bariatrics so far. Everyone there is friendly and upbeat and so helpful. Everyone you need to see is on staff, all in the same building, with the exception of the psychologist. Awesome!
