Christina, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. CHRIS, ABOUT THE HERNIA I DONT HAVE ONE BUT MY GRANDMA DID AND HERS WAS REALLY BAD THOUGH. IT HAS TO DO W/ACID REFLUX AND VOMITING. SHE GOT SO BAD THAT SHE HADNT HELD ANY FOOD DOWN FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS BEFORE SHE SEEN A SPECIALIST AND NOW SHE STILL HAS A DRY COUGH ALL THE TIME BUT SHE IS NO LONGER ABLE TO VOMIT. DO YOU HAVE HEARTBURN OFTEN? YOUR DOESNT SO TOO BAD THOUGH IF YOU HADNT NOTICES ANYTHING. GOOD LUCK. ~MINDI
