"After a year of struggling with the Bariatric program at Portsmouth Hospital, my doctor referred me to NSMC, I met with Dr. Buckley for almost an hour, during that time he made me feel like a person, not just a procedure. He has a very caring personality I did not feel as if he was looking down his nose at me like I did at Portsmouth. He was very honest about the surgery answering any questions I had. I have now completed everything needed through them and am waiting very eagerly for the phone call saying I have been scheduled. Everyone I have meet with so far, has been absolutely wonderful. Patricia Basile-Ohearn is a great person to deal with. My only frustration at this point is that I was told 2.5 weeks ago that everything has been done and now I have to wait to hear the person scheduling the surgery. I checked in last week and was told to hang in there she would be calling. I know I just need to be patient.rnOther than that so far I would highly recommend this program. They are very compassionate and believe in what they are doing."
