Hello Fellow VSG'ers. It's been a long time since I posted.I am sorry for that.Life
goes on I guess.Yesterday was my 2 year anniversary date.I am happy to say I have
maintained my current weight of 134 lbs. for one year 4 months and counting.I am able
to eat much more than I could even 5 months ago so I have really had to learn to listen
to my body and try not to go back to my old ways of eating "just for fun".I have put most  of
my issues to rest and can say I finally am truly glad I had the surgery.I am feeling better.
My cholesterol is down,My body doesn't ache as bad and my blood pressure is down about
7-10 points systolic.I read that for every extra pound you carry, you put 4 lbs of pressure on
your knees. No wonder my knees were hurting! They still hurt some, but genetics play a role
in some of my health problems. My thiamine and vitamin D levels were a little low on my last
checkup.Still have my gallbladder which surprises me but am glad all the same.I am not
taking much for the gastric reflux  and it has gotten better, but it still rears it's ugly head some-
times.I LOVE MY NEW WARDROBE,LET ME REPEAT LOVE IT!! I would cry when I had to shop
for clothes and hated hated summertime because I couldn't cover up the body I was so
ashamed of.I still do not have a bikini body but who cares?I don't wear a bikini everyday!I can go
to the closet and find a cute outfit pronto! No frustration! Thanks to all my Friends and posters whom
I leaned on during the tough times. You will not be forgotten, even if I don't post.Hope you are all
well and happy.Newbies feel free to message me if you want.Bye for now.
