well..i started off at 335lbs,now as of March 2,2011,i weight in at 198lbs!
. Im very happy with the path I have chosen as far as weight loss. I went from a 4x-5x shirt and waidt size 54-56 to now a medium-large shirt and size 38-40 pants.
