Hello my name is Crissy, I decided on Baratric Surgery after the seminar and consultation with Dr Villares and his team. I was introduced to them by referral by my insurance company when I began to experience health related issues at the beginning of this year. I had done research on Baratric surgery prior to the issues I faced this year because I noticed a decline in my health as I started to put the weight on. I come from a very large family. I have a twin who has the exact same body I do so genetics were definetly at play in why I was caring the extra weight. I was my heavest at 225 lbs and had issues such as High blood pressure and other health issues I am not going to reveal here. I decided on this procedure adn it has changed my life. I now weigh 139 lbs 6 months post op. I have more energy. I do have to monitor my vitamins due to defencies but overall I am having a pleasant experience. I have adjusted to my new life style and am fine with how everything is going. I can now eat regular foods, with control of the portion size ofcourse.I eat alot healthier and exercise. I think thi shas helped in the fast weight loss and has helped to manage the excess skin. I actually have been blessed in that department. Overall it has been a great experience and I would definetly reccommend Dr. Villares and his team to anyone who is looking for a good surgeon.
