Hello, Wendy here! Back from staying with my parents for the last week. That was a nice break up there. I will be seeing Dr. this week to determine if pouch is too big. I can eat (and have the appetite to eat) 3 X 3oz meals per day. Solid foods chewed to a mush. Yesterday I had 2oz of baked chicken, 3oz of smoked salmon, and 3oz of elk burrito. Exercising a bit every day on bike or walking. Well see . . . . .

Wendy, I just read your profile....and May I say that I hear and feel your pain. I too suffer from really menstrual cramps. So bad I go to the hospital and have to have epiderals to calm my "labor pains". I still as of yet not be diagnosed with PCOS. But soon I will. And I thank God everyday that I found this site. I would have never known about PCOS if it werent for this site. Congrats on your surgery!1 May you have a safe recovery! Aloha

Good Morning to all of my friends, I talked to Wendy yesterday and she is doing great. She said that the first 10 mins when she woke up were real bad, but they quickly gave her dilaudin and she says now she only has a small amount of pain. She reinsured me that I could do this, that it was nothing I couldn't handle. If all goes well Wendy will be going home on Saturday! Please keep the prayers and congrats. coming. God Bless!
