Losing to win!

I had my wls on August 30, 2007 at Vista Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My beginning weight was 229 and my goal is to lose 100 pounds within one year by eating well and excersing. I have one of the newest forms of wls -- the vertical sleeve; I would highly recommend this proceedure as I am very happy with the recovery and the methodology behind the surgery and approach to weight loss. The vertical sleeve has fewer complications in the research I did and I felt it would be my best option.
