"Apt. 1/23/02. I haven't had my appointment yet, but I must say Dr. Oakley's office staff have been very helpful and informative. I have had numerous questions, specifically where my insurance was concerned and they have been extremely patient and friendly. Thank You Jennifer!!! 1/23/02....My consultation with Dr. Oakley went very well. I had arrived about 15 minutes ealy, and 2 other patients were late. Which meant that all of a sudden they had a traffic jam, so I didn't get to see the doctor until about 4:30 instead of 3:45. Even though he was running behind, he took about an hour and explained everything to me especially what would need to be done regarding my previous wls surgery. He answered my entire page of questions, and never seemed to be rushed. Nancy and Jennifer, his staff, were also teriffic and very friendly. Overall experience was very informative and very pleasant."
