Well, I've haven't posted at all since my surgery. So, now is the time. I truly am amazed how easy the surgery process was. I had no nausea at all and was ready to leave the hospital within 24 hours. I had some discomfort where they pulled out my stomach, but, other than that the pain was very minimal. I truly feel blessed in many ways. My best friend Annette was there for me all the way. She took me down to the hospital, spent the night and drove me home the next day. She checked on me regularly as well as other friends and family. I was back to work by the 8th day or so. I have lost 65lbs. The weight loss has really slowed down. Some days I find it very frustrating as I'm hardly eating. I know my body must still be in SHOCK! What have you DONE!! I love my sleeve and wish I would have done it years ago. I can't say enough good things about Dr Feng and his assistant Shelli. They are super people and always just a phone call away. I highly reccommend Dr Feng. I have to say ...after my surgery and while I was in recovery he went and spent an hour or so with my friend and explained to her everything. Pretty awesome. Well, my journey so far has been really great. I thank everyone at OH. I don't post to much..but, have learned so much from everyone. What a great group! Thank you ALL!
pre-op doctor visit

Hello Everyone!
I had my pre-op yesterday! My Doctor is in a city I'm not familiar with. Needless to say I was practically running (walking very fast)
as i got lost and ended up parking 3 blocks away and was late for my appointment. When I got there the receptionist Shelly was so sweet and said "oh your just fine, don't worry" as I was huffing and puffing. I thought for sure my blood pressure was going to be through the roof with all that 
.
Then Dr Feng gave me all the details on my upcoming surgery!
What a great doctor he is. I can already say "WHY DIDN'T I DO THIS SOONER!" My surgery is at 11:00am February 14th and I should be good to go home the next day!! Wowzie! I've been on shakes since the 1st of February and will be on them till mid March along with broth. Anyway, I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Feng and Shelly.
I can't wait for the journey!!
