Not sure whether to be happy or sad BUT - I can eat a 3 inch (1/2 a 6 inch from subway). I had a seafood salad on a 9 grain wheat and took off the top bread and ate it with no discomfort along with about 5 play lays class...

OUTSIDE of washing food out the pouch...what harm - with drinking while eating? Since we no longer have a pyloric valve with pushign it through would it just collect in the colon area till disposal time?
