I'm a proud father of a wonderful 9 year old boy, JP is my everything, I've juggling very hard over the past ten years with my weight. I guess my wake-up call was in November when I developed "AFIB" . Testing by my Cardiologist found negative results, but however the doctor was blaming my weight, I decided enough was enough, after pondering over the last couple of years about my weight and some minor health issues, I needed to do something.
