One Week Out

Hello Everyone,
It has been one week since my DS Surgery from Dr. Ponce Deleon, and everything went well doing surgery. On Sunday, I flew back to Colorado and that evening, I took my two dogs out for a small walk.
My weight before two week before the DS, I weighed in at 235lbs and I weight just before surgery was 227. I’m still on my liquid diet, which is getting a little old. Today I weighted in at 211, I’m very happy with that. My experience with Dr. Ponce Deleon and his nurses was good , I stayed two days at his clinic and that is were my surgery was performed. On the Third day, I went to one of there recovery houses with two other patients, and I have to say, I was not that comfortable. The nurse on staff there was good, too. I like to thank Everyone that sent me a message on the day of my surgery, and I Very Special Thanks to my Angel KJ. She has been a blessing, you Rock! That’s it for now, and will do another follow up in one week and make another post.
