I wanted to congratulate you on your upcoming surgery, I'm sure you are doing a happy dance, accompanied by some "NERVES', but don't worry be happy!!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers, I hope everything goes well and you are up and out and about real soon!!!!

Kara, well I see that you, willow and I have the same date, you and her will be in Bellvadere and I will be in peoria. I guess that we will not be alone as we have each other on our special day. best wishes, colleen

HI! We will be together! I have Dr. schlessinger, on 9/25 I can't wait to meet you. It is so amazing to me that 2 other people on this website are having surgery on the same day as me at the same facility. Good Luck with the preops. I have to be there at 7:45 AM on the 18th. (yikes that's early)

Hi Kara - I wish you the best of luck... Myself and another girl (Valerie) will also be there getting our surgery done on the same day... Valerie has Dr. Vaughn as well... I have Dr. Schlesinger. Maybe we'll all be able to meet on the 18th during our pre-surgical tests. Mine are at 10:00 am and they say they will last approx. 3hrs. I wish you the best of luck and I hope we all have a speedy recovery... Take Care!

Kara, my newest and dearest friend. I know that you have prayed for this surgery as much as I have. you have stood by me pre-op, and post-op. Together we will work through your tears, second (third, and fourth) doubts, and anxieties. You are not having this surgery alone, you will have an army of friends standing beside every step of the way. Never forget that you are loved and needed. Good luck, and I am so glad that you will join me being a loser VERY soon.
