i am a 54 year old ,and have been big all my life and tried every diet in the book took all kinds of pills , bought all kinds of books if it said diet on it i bought it.i have 3 grown daughters 2 out of the three had the rny sugery.the youngest is 26 year old is now having a eatting disorder, not eatting she is being treated. i go for my 1st vist to dr cole on 3/17/08 am excited and scared.my mom had weight problem and was a diabetic. ended up passing away with chf.had 2 strokes.and i miss her dearly. i worked at a near by hospital and got herniated disc in neck and back so cant work anymore, knees are bad so it crucial to loss weight. sorry havent wrote lately. have got my date for 9/2/08 am anxious..my oldest daughter is doing great has been 3 yrs in april and keeping weight off. brenda thanks for support.my youngest is still having problems but she is working on it.9/28 went for preop testing today and see dr. cole for last time before surgery.went well .so excited.thanks to all my support people 99/08 came home from hospital on the 5th.had panic attack and my daughter and s/o took me to er dr kundlas gave me a shot of ativan and gave me somthing for nausea,9/8 tomorrow go and get drain and staples out , am so weak and sore.will wright more later..
