Hi Tiffany, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course, it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. For me, the week before my surgery was harder than the week after. Right after, I was more sore than in pain; nothing that can't be handled. Remember to keep it positive. That means positive, supportive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,
