Laurence Tanaka
"Dr. Tanaka is a no nonsense Dr. He is tough man who insists that you follow the guidelines and protocols. However, he is also very supportive. I liked him for both of these things. The staff at Pacific Bariatric and especially at Mercy Scripps Hospital in San Diego are fantastic. I have never been in a hospital where such care was taken and the staff were so attentive. Pacific Bariatric has a Dr and nursing staff go to many communities in California every month for aftercare. I live 250 miles from San Diego but I am still able to see my Dr in Bakersfield periodicaly. It is very convenient. If I were a movie rater, I would give Dr. Tanaka and Pacific Bariatric two big thumbs up."
