Went to doctor's office today. Down another 4 pounds this month. Slow but steady. Next appointment is April 29. Hopefully I'll be down close to 10 (two month) and they will set me up with a surgery date.

Well, maybe my goal of an eight pound weight loss was unrealistic... I did loose three pounds in three weeks - which okay - just not great.
I have made some positive changes.
1. No more fast food for breakfast
2. I write down everything I eat
3.
Things that still need to improve:
1. EXERCISE!!!
2. Starving myself all day - only to eat too much in evening
3. More veggies

Okay - I did everything except plan menu for 2 day. I do have dinner in crockpot for tonight. I have got to work on a plan for the next few days.

1. Get my act together!
2. Clean out all kitchen cabinets
3. Clean out fridge
4. Go to store and restock with "good" items.
5. Plan menu for next two days.
