Yaaaaa !! One year out and down 137 pounds August 15th . Very happy with how far I have come.

8/3/007 Having a lot of trouble with low blood sugar! Sticking to what I was told for my diet hopefully I can correct this. Hard to bieleve I am coming upon 1 year out. I am down 135 pounds today. All and all I feel I have done pretty well.

4/27/007 Everything has been going great for me. I am now down 120 pounds. This is going to be a great Summer.
