I'm new on this site.

Hello,
Well I cant believe it but it looks like I may be getting my bypass! I have to go through all the necessary tests but at the end of November my doctor and I will be setting a date for the surgery. I'm not sure of the whole process just yet but have to have a sleep apnea test, and something goes down my throat to check my stomach, see a dietician, and a whole pile of other things. I have been stalking all the posts on this site...some are a bit scary but most are very positive. What seems to be the majority is just about everyone is very happy that they finally went ahead and had their surgery done.
I hope that I will make some life long friends through this journey.
