"Like others have said, Dr. Kalan is right to the point. In your initial visit, he spends about 5 mins with you. And the you talk to Sharon to get more info on what they need. Really, I don't blame him, half the people that come to him never get approved.....After surgery Dr. Kalan came to see me everyday to see how I was. I could ask him anything and he answered me honestly. It seems his practice of "aftercare" is a little different from other Doctors, so make sure you talk with him about what he expects the first couple weeks. Overall, I like Dr. Kalan and feel completely safe with him. If I didn't, I would have never allowed him to open me!"
"My surgeon is/was wonderful. However the staff that was in charge of me for the next 4 days was terrible. They were clutzy, rude, and seemed like it was there first day on the job. I NEVER want to go there again~"
