Well I got discharged today at 1030... So I was feeling pretty good so we stopped at BJ's to get a few thins then i went to my mothers and had some jello for lunch and then I went and saw my kids they are at my mother in laws for the weekend. I did way to much I came home and laid down on the couch and fell asleep for a few hours well when I woke up holy crap was I in pain I took some pain meds and had a protein drink and walked around the house about 20 time and I feel a little better. I just have a lot of gas pains in my chest and back but I am sure that will pass soon enough. Well that's about it for now time to rest some more.

Well I had my psych eval on Thursday and I passed thank god. I had to bring the kids to our family doctor for there football physical and she told me my ultra sound came back great I am foll wing the diet plan that the nutritionist gave me and I feel really excited about the future. I have my first appointment with Dr. Giovanni on Wednesday and I can't wait. Well just wanted to update and I will keep posting my progress.

Well after thinking about WLS for awhile I have finally decided to do somthing about it.  I went to the senimar at RWH I made a appoitment with Dr. Giovanni for July 1.  I called my PCP and they made all the pretests that I need so now I have all those next week the only one that I am nervouse about is the Pysch eval there were so many questions I feel like the just kept asking the sameones over and over again just worded differently. Well thats it for now I will let everyone know how I make out this week......
