Hello, just wanted to let you know I'm hangin in there.You sound like you doing great.I had a reflux for a couple of nights and couldn't sleep so that was getting really depressing but I called the doctor and he told me to take Zantac and Mylanta before I go to bed so I finally got some sleep last night. Anyway I'm feeling better and like you can't wait to get these staples out!!Hope you continue to do well I'll be checking on you.Pat Moore

Hello all, I'm sorry that it's taken this long to post an update,<my halo did slip a little>. But, I bring good tidings:) Irene came through her surgery like a trooper! She was released from the hospital thursday morning and is doing great:) She is off all pain meds and has Loads of energy. Her sister is comming for a suprise visit this weekend, and Irene plans to take her to one of the Largest Malls in the area & go shopping:) Best of all she is back home with her Husband Charles and her 2 children:) I met Irene tuesday afternoon in the hospital and had a nice chat with her, it seems we have several things in common aside from weight issues. I am very glad to have met her and Especially happy that she will be my Angel:) Please continue to send messages of encouragement to help her along her journey. It's 1:45pm cst and I just spoke to Irene's Husband Charles, Irene has come out of surgery and is in her own room now:) She is in room #417 at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, the phone #972-981-7472. Charles says that Irene seems to be doing fine and that they had just gotten to the room. I will check on her later this evening for an update after she's had a chance to get settled.
