Well it is a few days past but here is my 1 month update. I am now at 250. woohoo ii am down 35lbs since surgery and down 80lbs total since Aug. amazing I am sooo happy!!! i actually got to buy a shirt in the store off the rak i have not done that in years. lol.

well i had a case of gas and maybe a little
dumping last night after trying mash potatoes
i am not sure if it was the potatoes or the ranch
that was in it but i think i will go back
to soup for a bit :) will update more later

Ok here is an update, I am home from the
hospital Yeah!!
My surgery went really well and I seem to
be doing ok holding things down still trying
to get enough liquids in me though.
Here in germany they keep you in the hospital
for a week so i was on an IV for 4 days.
I dropped 19lbs in there. anyway
thats all for now i will keep posted
when i have more news.

ok well here is the new update.
tricare changed my provider.
So i saw him today his name is Dr Hesse
he was very nice as was the whole staff.
the appt went great and i have
a surgery date for Jan 10th.
that is really cool since it is the
anniversary date of my best friends
Bypass she is going on 2 yrs so now
if everything goes right with the date
we can have what she calls surgiversaries..
lol anyway i will update more later.
