"Would absolutely have it done there again. One thing I did notice was the technology. There were computers everywhere. I was impressed by that fact. But I also feel that the staff was burdened by the computers because the nurses spent the majority of the time inputting data into the computers."

Everyone from the receptionist to the surgeon seemed to have this confidence about them that made me realize that I was at the right place. After having a consult with another surgeon I am so pleased that I did not just "settle" for him. My sister who was not fully supportive of this surgery at first went with me to BTC. After leaving the office she was almost as energized about the surgery as I was (almost). Dr BC was very much to the point while being very respectful of my questions and concerns.
