Hi Patricia Congrats on ur sugery date and we will keep in touch with our dates being close we can keep an eye on each other. I have to be on a 3 day liquid diet. If you dont your lucky. Well I will talk to you on the losing side. Brenda 080304 open rny

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey. I wish you much success on your surgery.You will do just fine.Just follow your doctors orders and you will have it made .My best advise for you is the next morning after your surgery is to walk.Walking will help the pain and the more ya walk the better ya feel.I will be thinking about ya.Take care.
