I am a few days shy of my four week post-op visit. I must say this experience was totally different than I ever imagined. I have lost 20 pounds so far. I thought I would have lost more by now but I am not complaining. I am going back to work on Aug 24th and I am struggling with alittle anxiety b/c I am still trying to figure out what I can eat. I have to be sure I am eating enough protein so I am performing at my best.
