Hi Lynn. When I read your profile, I thought you had stolen my life. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you, sweetie!! I hope I get to meet you someday. I have just decided to have surgery and haven't even talked to my PCP about it yet. I hope I will be able to go thru with it. Please write to me when you are feeling better. If I can come and see you in the hospital, I'd love to. I just live in Del City, in the SE area or OKC. Please have your husband e-mail me if it would be alright if I come to see you. Whenever you are feeling up to it that is. You take care now, and remember there are a lot of people out here rooting for you!!! God Bless you, and just think, you are on the other side now!! Just browsing around and saw your surgery was just THIS MORNING! Gave me chills, so I had to post a message. I'm considering Dr. Pearce because of his doing RnY and I'm close to Okla City. E-mail me when you're on the mend! I want to hear all about your experience.

Lynn, I was just sitting here thinking about ya and your upcoming surgery. We have become such good friends over the internet and I am glad we have one another to talk to. Well Lynn, you are fixing to start your life again!! Enjoy it. Don't let anyway rain on your parade. Stay positive and think of the added health you are doing for yourself. And the side affect of better health is weight loss!!! It is great to be healthy and skinny!!! You too will be there, after crossing a few bumps. Good Luck and May God Bless You --

You are about to give yourself the greatest gift you could ever imagine. My surgery was 7 weeks ago and I must say it is the best gift I have ever given myself. I have dropped 40 lbs and feel and look much better. I am much healthier and have not had to take any blood pressure medication, nothing for acid reflux or a fluid pill since the surgery. My back and joints do not kill me any longer and I am begining to remember how to have fun. I wish you the very best. Good luck and God Bless you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Lynn... your day is almost here! You are going to do so great... I just have you in my prayers and know that you will be a living example of the life that this surgery can give us.
