"I think the one thing that really stood out to me about Dr. Ross is that he is a good christian man and when I asked him about the patients he has lost he became very emotional about his answers and I think that I couldn't help but feel for him because he felt for his patience and I want someone who cares and doesn't just look at their patients as dollar signs. I have not had my personal appointment yet but will update then. I met with Norma at the office so far and she seemed quiet at first and I am always one of those people that think the worst when noone is saying nothing and I told her I was feeling like she was a cop at my car window I was so nervous. But she reassured me and answered all my questions I felt so much better. "
