Incomming Angel with a report. Heyyyyyyyyy just got off the phone with Lisa and she is doing much better today. She is in good spirits and is having way less pain than she did yesterday. I think she just strained herself. She is in great spirits and has lost 8 lbs since the day before surgery.YAYYYYYYYYYY YOUR NOW ON THE LOSING SIDE MY FRIEND. I am so proud of you. Keep up the good work!!!!!! I have been sharing with her the do's and dont's of the surgery and the after care. I had rny 5 months ago and have had great success with mine and I will coach Lisa all the way so we can be a success together. She doesn't need good luck because she has Jesus and he made it possible for her to have this done and endure it and he will also give her strength to carry on. Well enough preaching for now. I will update tommorrow after I talk to Lisa. Love you sis and lots of hugs!!!

I just got an email from Lisa and she thinks she pulled some inside sutures somehow. She said she would email me again. I am hoping the pain is just trap gas or something. I know its pretty hard to rip sutures out unless she bent over or something. I will keep you all posted to what is going on with her. Lisa you will be ok. I am so proud of you. Love you and gentle hugs!!!:-) Lydia

Well I just talked to Lisa last night and she is in good spirits. We all have something to learn from Lisa from her tenacity in fighting with her insurance company. I KNOW SHE WILL MAKE THIS WORK. Also this fight has brought Lisa closer to God. I know he will keep her in his tender mercy and loving arms. As soon as I speak to Lisa's support team I will update this tommorrow again. For now God bless you Lisa and peace to you for tommorrow. I am proud of you for your strength , courage and tenacity; but most of all for your faith in God and knowing that he is taking good care of you. Love you sis......Lydia

Thanks for the back info. I will make sure I have something under my knees. It kills me to lay flat on my back. Thanks, Lisa

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
