"Dr Nye was very straightforward with his explanation of the procedure he would perform and answers to my questions. He seemed to know the things that would be foremost in my mind and answered many of my questions before I had a chance to answer them. He was interested in my husband's opinion and support for WLS. Also, he never seemed to be in a hurry to move to the next patient. I had the impression he was totally focused on me during the time I was in his office! After he found out my husband had triple bypass surgery a few years ago, he seemed sincerely interested in how he was progressing. He emphasized his belief in the aftercare program. He completely addressed the risks of surgery to the point that I am now completely at ease with my decision. What I liked least about my visit was waiting for an hour after my appointment time and watching three people who arrived after me get seen before I was. In my opinion, their appointment scheduling needs some attention. "
