 Went to the Bloomsburg Fair and I did not go off my 2 wk liquid diet at all.    when I got home, I had a yogurt, waited a bit and had some water and now off to la la land.... 

 In 12 days I will have my WLS.  I know I will be in pain, and tired... but it will be worth it, to get off the meds I'm on and improve my health.   Hoping to have more energy to keep up with the grandkids....  the one grandson has a fast speed and stop.  it's fast speed until he goes to bed at night.  

 I tried on a pair of 22's lastnight for shits n giggles.   I was soooooooo excited that they fit.  from a 24 down to getting into a pair of 22's... WoW...    Jumping for joy with that one...

My New Year's resolution was to lose 50 by my birthday in November.  I am soooooooo gonna go it.  I have 27 lbs to go for that goal.  Hopefully, it  means a another size down in clothing.

My one daughter is losing weight and her bigger clothes that are still not my size yet will be coming to me.  Both my girls are smaller than me , so that means I won't have to buy clothing for a while except for under garments.  My undies are even big on me now.   WoW..

 I hope my left knee heals quickly.  This not being able to really burn off calories is bumming me out.  I think I need a NEW PCP.  this one ONLY gave me Diclofenac for the inflamation.  that was last week.  nothing to support it or anything.. ggggrrrrrr
