"I have not had my surgery yet but I have to say that up until this point it has been a relatively smooth process. I started with the informational seminar in March and followed the "list". My surgery is planned for October 30th. I have only had one appointment that was cancelled on me. The office has always been responsive to my phone calls. The only issue I had was with communication around insurance paperwork. That was quickly resolved and I am where I am today. I will update again after surgery."
