I am a happily married 45 yr old woman. I had RNY on 12/20/05. Beginning weight was 293. I have been obese for the majority of my life, I can remember always being big or "big boned", just plain fat. I have 3 children, Ian, Tara and Trevor and a very spoiled furbaby, Ginger. I have a great hubby that is my best friend, we have been married 13 yrs and counting. I have been employeed in the prison system for 20 yrs from a Correctional officer to the Prison Inspector currently. I love my job and really enjoy working. I am a Christain and attend the First Baptist Church of White Springs, FL. I have a large extended family and many dear friends that have been so supportive of my during this journey.
