Surgery Soon! Getting a little nervous....

I got my letter today!!! My surgery will be scheduled on Monday or Tuesday next week. It is finally becoming a reality after beginning this process last November. I'm so excited but now as I read the letter, I'm getting a little nervous. I want to be a good patient and I want to do whatever I need to so my surgery will go smoothly...any advice???
