"I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of finding my way around, and the courtesy of the staff and volunteers. The only problem I had was that my IV was infiltrating into my arm instead of into a vein causing my pain medication to be ineffective. I had to get up and walk 4 hours after surgery with NO pain medication!"
