I went for my 4 month check up. I drove an 1 hour 45 min, waited a 1/2 to see the nurse. She said I was doing great based on my records and labs. I was a little disappointed she spent 4 min. talking with me... I feel so much comfortable with Dr Abkin. Next time I will ask for him.
I lost 77 pounds, and feel great. I just turned 50 on June 7th but feel like I am so much younger now.I can get up and down easy, no more needles for my sugar, no more pain pills and I looked at myself in a full lenght mirror ( dressed) It has been a very long time for that....I did see some one new.... ME! talk soon
